What's the price?
Fractional engagements are on a retainer model. This mean's we will agree on a flat monthly rate based on the current state of your needs. Then that's it. No surprise fees. No hour counting. No haggling over deliverables within scope or not. One monthly fee. Deliverables you can count on.
Contracts are month to month, with a 30 day termination clause, so when you feel our time is coming to an end or you're ready to bring RevOps in-house, we can wrap up our engagement quickly.
What this is not!
A strategy deck you'll never open. A six-month engagement where you see results on month five. I work with a small number of clients at a time — on purpose.
Do you work with businesses outside of SaaS?
Yes. A lot of my work is with SaaS startups, but the systems I build apply to any business with a sales process and a team. Service businesses, e-commerce, consulting firms — the fundamentals are the same.
Do I need HubSpot?
Not to start. I work in HubSpot and recommend it for most clients, but the first conversation is always about your business — not your tech stack.
How long does a Fractional engagement last?
Typically 3–6 months to get systems properly built and adopted. Some clients stay ongoing after that. It depends on what your business needs — we'll talk about it before you commit to anything.
How is this different from hiring a RevOps consultant?
Most consultants deliver a strategy. I deliver built systems. There's a difference between a document and something your team actually uses.
