Your business is growing. So why does everything feel harder than it should?
Deals stall. Reports contradict each other. Your team is busy, but you're not sure everyone's working toward the same thing. You're spending more time chasing information than making decisions.
It doesn't feel like a revenue problem. But it's definitely something.
The real issue
Most growing businesses don't have a revenue problem. They have a systems problem.
The processes, tools, and information that should be driving growth are unclear, inconsistent, or disconnected — and that friction quietly compounds. The hard part isn't fixing it. It's seeing it clearly enough to know where to start.
That's what this does.

The Revenue Engine Diagnostic
A 55-question self-assessment that shows you exactly where your business is leaking revenue — and what to fix first.
How it works
Answer 55 plain-language questions across five areas of your business — in a simple Yes / Partially / No format. No industry speak. No trick questions.
See your score instantly. Each area scores automatically and ranks from strongest to weakest, so you're not left guessing what the results mean.
Get a prioritized action guide. Your lowest-scoring areas come with specific next steps — quick wins to grab now and what to work toward over time. Not generic advice. Direction based on your actual results.

Is this for you?
Yes, if:
You're a founder, operator, or business owner who feels like growth should be easier by now. You've added people, tools, or spend — but results aren't keeping up. You want to know what to fix, not just that something's broken.
Not if:
You're looking for a magic fix. Or you already have full visibility into every part of your revenue process. (Genuinely — you don't need this.)
"Most business owners tell me they've never been asked half of these questions — and just answering them surfaces problems they didn't know they had."
The diagnostic itself is the first step. Most people walk away with more clarity than they expected before they even look at their score.

Frequently asked questions
How do I actually get the diagnostic?
After purchase you'll receive a link to a Google Sheet. From there, you make a copy to your own Google Drive — it takes about 30 seconds and the instructions are built right into the file.
Do I need Google to use this?
No. If you prefer Excel, you can download the file as a .xlsx straight from Google Sheets (File → Download → Microsoft Excel). All the dropdowns, formulas, and scoring work in Excel too — just click "Enable Editing" if you see a yellow bar at the top.
How long does it take?
Most people finish in 30–45 minutes. The questions are plain language and the format is simple — you're just answering Yes, Partially, or No for each one. There's no essay writing, no open-ended responses.
How does the scoring work?
Your answers calculate automatically. Each of the five sections scores on its own, and you also get an overall Revenue Engine Score. Sections rank from strongest to weakest so you can see immediately where to focus.
What do I do with my score?
Each section comes with a prioritized action guide based on your results — specific next steps for your lowest-scoring areas, not generic advice. The score tells you where you are; the guide tells you what to do about it.
What if I've never done anything like this before?
Good — this was built for that. No prior knowledge of RevOps, CRMs, or business systems required. If you can answer yes, no, or kind of, you can complete this.
Can I retake it?
Yes — and that's kind of the point. The file is yours to keep and reuse as many times as you want. A lot of people run it again after making changes to see how their score shifts. It works well as a quarterly check-in.
Is this a consultant engagement in disguise?
No. This is a self-guided tool — there's no follow-up pitch, no upsell baked in. You get the file, you do the work, you keep the results. If you want to talk through what you find, that's always an option, but it's never required.
